We understand that in today’s market not everyone can afford to purchase the right machine for their environment.  With that, Xerox offers flexible leasing terms that remove the burden of buying so you can use your company’s money where you most need it.  Xerox holds the lease so you’re guaranteed to get prompt service, simplistic summary billing with one invoice, and our Total Satisfaction Guarantee.  Xerox’s Total Satisfaction Guarantee states that If you are not totally satisfied with any Xerox-brand Equipment delivered under this Agreement, Xerox will, at your request, replace it without charge with an identical model or, at Xerox's option, with Xerox Equipment with comparable features and capabilities. 

 

Since there is no third party financing, Xerox doesn’t have any removal fees that you will find with other vendors when using third party financing.  In the same way, there are no late fees added to the bill if the lease isn’t paid on time.  Complimenting our flexible leases we have many contracts that Xerox is eligible to use to make sure you’re not overpaying for your machine.  Xerox maintenance agreements have flexible pricing structures so you only pay for what you use.  These maintenance agreements include service and supplies except paper.
