ICall the Xerox Service Hotline, have your serial number ready which can be located on the user interface after pressing the “Machine Status” button.

Call the Xerox Supplies Hotline, have your serial number ready which can be located on the user interface after pressing the “Machine Status” button.

What do I do if I forgot to order supplies and my machine is down?

 

You can call me and I’ll try to locate your supplies for you by borrowing from another Xerox customer.

Can I set up accounts on my machine for each user?

 

The majority of our machines come with “Xerox Standard Accounting” where you can track, monitor, and limit users.  Call me to get more info on how to setup Xerox Standard Accounting.

Can I Scan a document to an email account from my machine?

 

Scan to Email and many other scan destinations are standard on all Xerox machines.

Yakima Document Solutions can only sell to commercial customers.

What does our Maintenance Agreement Include?

 

Our Xerox Maintenance Agreement includes all supplies and service except paper.
